It’s rarely individual people who hold back a project, it’s that groups tend to develop unhealthy habits; unhealthy for the people as well as for the project. I never saw how more external control led to better projects, and yet I saw teams of great designers and developers fail.

I was happy to discover an effective way of doing digital project work as a team in Lean literature. I like how a Lean mindset can provide a focused lens – for a team – on what is really important, and how Teal organizational structures can help a team get to their full potential and enjoy working together. This is what I want to continue studying and work towards.
